Our policy for refunds after the sale is straight
forward and simple.
We do not make or give refunds.
Instead, all Plays For Certain products come as a fully functioning two
week trial that is 100% cost free. It is the users responsibility
to thoroughly test these products and determine suitability for their
needs and uses during the two week free evaluation BEFORE buying our
products. Folks I am sorry to have to take such a stance but we have had far too many cases where people have bought our products, used them to accomplish their immediate needs or tasks, and then asked us for a refund. It is for this reason I am implementing a No Refund Policy and have directed our people to enforce it. I ask that all users take advantage of the two week trial to its fullest extent and then decide if they want to buy our products. I can think of no way to be more fair than that. Austin Myers |
