Please take a moment to read these
instructions. With so many versions of Windows and Office its critical that the correct versions of PFCMedia and/or PFCPro are installed. This is also true of of the support technologies used by Windows and PowerPoint to play media correctly. To help users make certain they have all the correct versions we use a "bootstrap" installation system. When you click either the download for PFCMedia or the download for PFCPro (below) you will be presented with a File Download dialog box as seen on the left. Please click the "Run" option. Once the installer is ready it will run automatically and present you with the option to evaluate your PC. Clicking the "Begin Evaluation" button starts the evaluation of your PC, determines the appropriate versions of all the needed software, and automatically generates a list for download and installation. Please click the links in the order presented as some items require the others to be in place before they can be installed. Special Note: No personal information is sent to us, the bootstrap installer simply requests the correct files for your PC. Again, when you click each link you will see the File Download dialog box and again we ask you to click the "Run" option. Please allow each to download and install to its default location before beginning the next item. Failure to do either may result in a bad install and failure of the add-ins. Special Note: There will be one to four possible technologies that need to be installed depending upon your PCs configuration. Please select which product you wish to install. Simply download them to your desk top and then double click icon to install or to view them. All the following are provided free of charge. ENJOY!!
